ELASTIC UNDERLAYMENT FINE TUNED SYSTEM®

FINE TUNED SYSTEM® is a prefabricated, cushioning and draining elastic underlayment composed of post-consumer rubber granules, completely coated with special polymers; the elastic underlay is completely covered with non-woven material, which ensures an optimal deformation of the system. The entire surface of the elastic carpet is draining, and is available in the 17 and 23 mm thicknesses. It has grooves on the underside which facilitate the drainage of water even during rainfall of strong intensity. The grooves perform the horizontal drainage of the rainwater (geo-drain) that is then discharged into prefabricated perimeter channels.

UNIQUE IN ITS LOW ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

• Composed of post-consumer materials for more than 70% of the formulation.
• The rubber granulate is encapsulated in polyurethane to prevent migration and the release of heavy metals.

SPECIAL FIXING TAPE
MONDO has devised a new fixing system, as an alternative to the traditional one, that is performed by means of a special tape which can be used to unite the FINE TUNED SYSTEM® rolls.

QUICK INSTALLATION
The system can be installed simply.

1. Presentation of the rolls on site.
   A waterproof membrane is required, on which the rolls are laid.
2. Alignment of the rolls.
3. Union of the rolls with special fixing tape.
